Fire Marshall may also serve a fire safety order requiring compliance with these fire safety requirements

  1. I’ve been served with a notice from my State and Local Fire Marshall to comply with Fire & Safety regulations – what do I do?
    Call us! We’ll arrange an experienced inspector to carry out an inspection and provide you with a detailed report and quote for any works necessary to meet the regulations.
  2. How much does an inspection cost?
    Free! If you choose to have Civic Southeast Fire Protection Services carry out any works relating to the initial Fire Safety inspection. Initial Inspection fee will be credited against any related follow up work.
  3. Who determines if I comply with the Fire & Safety regulations?
         State and Local Fire Marshall and NSW Fire brigade enforces fire compliance and those regulations are set by State Government.
  4. How long is my certificate valid for?
    Certificate’s are valid 12 months from date indicated. If you can’t locate your current certificate check with your     State and Local Fire Marshall.
